Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom products (such as personalized or special order items)

• Personal care items (such as beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at walls4homes@gmail.com.
